| Texas Sheet Cake |
Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 cup water
- 4 TAB cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Teas. soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Melt margarine in sauce pan.
- Add water and cocoa. Bring to a boil.
- Add the rest, Stirring lightly.
- Pour into greased and floured cookie sheet with rim.
- Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 min.
- This cake is especially good if frosted while still warm.
