Ted’s sweet and sour cabbage soup
Ingredients
- Sour salt – to taste
- 2 packages short ribs
- one head cabbage
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil short ribs, lower heat and cook for one hour
- Skim fat
- Add all ingredients except cabbage.
- Cut up cabbage and add bit by bit.
- Season to taste
- Cook for a couple of hours
