Spinach Balls
Recipe Type: Appetizer
Ingredients
  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 cups stuffing, not cubed
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium red onion chopped (optional)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Instructions
  1. Cook spinach and let cool, then squeeze out as much water as humanly possible.
  2. Combine ingredients by hand or in Cuisinart.
  3. First put in stuffing, spinach, cheese, onions and garlic and pulse a few times to combine and further chop.
  4. Add melted butter and eggs and pulse until well combined.
  5. Roll into 1 inch balls.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes flipping over half way through.
