| Spinach Balls |
Recipe Type: Appetizer
Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 3 cups stuffing, not cubed
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium red onion chopped (optional)
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Instructions
- Cook spinach and let cool, then squeeze out as much water as humanly possible.
- Combine ingredients by hand or in Cuisinart.
- First put in stuffing, spinach, cheese, onions and garlic and pulse a few times to combine and further chop.
- Add melted butter and eggs and pulse until well combined.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes flipping over half way through.
