| Potato Pancakes |
Ingredients
- Medium Potatoes (as many as you want)
- 1 egg per potato
- 1 Tab flour, bread crumbs or matzo meal per potato
- 1 medium chopped onion per 3 or 4 potatoes (opt.)
- 1/2 teas baking powder (increase if you go over 3 or 4 potatoes)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot well-greased heavy skillet.
- Fry over medium heat until brown on all sides.
