| Pizza Dough |
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs yeast
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 2 teas sugar
- 9 cups flour
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar with warm water.
- Combine flour, olive oil, yeast mixture and additional water
- Let rise until puffy, about 1-1 1/2 hrs.
- Grease pans,
- roll out dough handling it as little as possible.
- Fork in some air holes
- Bake at 425 for 10 min.
- Put on toppings and Bake again or freeze topped or un-topped.
Notes
You can skip the first baking of this dough if you want a softer crust. We often did.
