Pizza Dough
Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs yeast
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 teas sugar
  • 9 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups water
Instructions
  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar with warm water.
  2. Combine flour, olive oil, yeast mixture and additional water
  3. Let rise until puffy, about 1-1 1/2 hrs.
  4. Grease pans,
  5. roll out dough handling it as little as possible.
  6. Fork in some air holes
  7. Bake at 425 for 10 min.
  8. Put on toppings and Bake again or freeze topped or un-topped.
Notes

You can skip the first baking of this dough if you want a softer crust. We often did.
