Okanomiyaki
Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup water (or less)
  • cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 Chicken breast cut up
  • 1/4 lb. shrimp peeled and cleaned
  • Eel if available
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Mix egg and cabbage and flour and water. Should be a medium thick pancake batter.
  2. oil pan lightly, put in the batter
  3. Decorate the top with chicken, shrimp and eel.
  4. Fry until golden brown, about five minutes at medium heat.
  5. Flip and cook the other side.
  6. Be careful that fish and poultry don’t stick.
