| Okanomiyaki |
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup water (or less)
- cabbage finely chopped
- 1 Chicken breast cut up
- 1/4 lb. shrimp peeled and cleaned
- Eel if available
- Worcestershire sauce
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix egg and cabbage and flour and water. Should be a medium thick pancake batter.
- oil pan lightly, put in the batter
- Decorate the top with chicken, shrimp and eel.
- Fry until golden brown, about five minutes at medium heat.
- Flip and cook the other side.
- Be careful that fish and poultry don’t stick.
