North African Spice Rub

Ingredients
  • red Chili powder around 2 teas.
  • 2 TAB coriander seeds
  • 1 TAB cumin seeds
  • 1 TAB caraway seeds
  • 2 TAB minced garlic
  • 1 TAB pepper corns
  • 2 teas kosher salt
  • 5 TAB olive oil
Instructions
  1. Grind all seeds together
  2. Mix in oil
  3. Rub on meat of your choice and grill
  4. Makes enough for 4 bone in chick breast or 6 – 8 thighs.
Notes

You can used powdered versions of the spices as well if you don’t have seeds, just approximate the amounts you’d have after grinding.
