North African Spice Rub
Ingredients
- red Chili powder around 2 teas.
- 2 TAB coriander seeds
- 1 TAB cumin seeds
- 1 TAB caraway seeds
- 2 TAB minced garlic
- 1 TAB pepper corns
- 2 teas kosher salt
- 5 TAB olive oil
Instructions
- Grind all seeds together
- Mix in oil
- Rub on meat of your choice and grill
- Makes enough for 4 bone in chick breast or 6 – 8 thighs.
Notes
You can used powdered versions of the spices as well if you don’t have seeds, just approximate the amounts you’d have after grinding.
