Recipe Type: Appetizer
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 6 cups flour
- 2 – 3 cups water
- cornstarch
Instructions
- Roll chunks of dough though pasta machine on 8 (or dough can be rolled by hand.)
- Fold and do again if lumpy, also spread on cornstarch to make smoother and so that dough won’t rip on thin settings of machine.
- Roll dough through 6 and 4 then cut in half the long way and roll through 2, corn starching well before and after (especially if you’re going to freeze them.)
- Cut in squares and make wantons or wrap in saran and tin foil and freeze.
- Dough can be stored for two to three days in refrigerator.
- Scrap dough makes excellent noodles for soup etc.
