Mrs. Tsay’s Wanton Wrappers
Recipe Type: Appetizer
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 cups flour
  • 2 – 3 cups water
  • cornstarch
Instructions
  1. Roll chunks of dough though pasta machine on 8 (or dough can be rolled by hand.)
  2. Fold and do again if lumpy, also spread on cornstarch to make smoother and so that dough won’t rip on thin settings of machine.
  3. Roll dough through 6 and 4 then cut in half the long way and roll through 2, corn starching well before and after (especially if you’re going to freeze them.)
  4. Cut in squares and make wantons or wrap in saran and tin foil and freeze.
  5. Dough can be stored for two to three days in refrigerator.
  6. Scrap dough makes excellent noodles for soup etc.
Notes
Fill with Wanton filling of your choice Tsay or Yang style.
