Karina’s Corn Bread
Ingredients
- 1+ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 scant cup corn meal
- 2/3 cup sugar or slightly less
- 1 TAB baking powder
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 TAB butter melted
Instructions
- Put all dry ingredients into a bowl
- Beat eggs
- Pour wet ingredients on top of dry
- Mix just to combine
- Bake at 350 20 -30 minutes for bread and 15 – 20 minutes for muffins

Karina made this recipe a lot with the kids. It’s very healthy and they loved making tiny muffins in the mini muffin pan.
