Hummus
Recipe Type: Appetiser
Ingredients
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 to 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
Instructions
  1. Drain most but not ALL of the liquid off the chickpeas.
  2. Combine all ingredients in cuisinart or blender.
  3. Taste and add more lemon juice or tahini if needed.
  4. Serve as veggie dip or with pita.
