Forcie’s Nut Tarts
Ingredients
- Dough:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 lb margarine
- 12 ounces of cream cheese
- Filling:
- 3 cups light brown sugar
- 4 TAB melted margarine
- 1 teas vanilla
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 lb. chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Dough:
- Knead together and chill for at least 1 hour
- Roll into balls and pat into mini muffin tins
Filling:
- Beat together all ingredients
- then add nuts
- Fill tarts 3/4 full with filling
- Bake at 350 for 20 min, until tops are turning golden
