Forcie’s Nut Tarts

Ingredients
  • Dough:
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 lb margarine
  • 12 ounces of cream cheese
  • Filling:
  • 3 cups light brown sugar
  • 4 TAB melted margarine
  • 1 teas vanilla
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 lb. chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Dough:
  1. Knead together and chill for at least 1 hour
  2. Roll into balls and pat into mini muffin tins
Filling:
  1. Beat together all ingredients
  2. then add nuts
  3. Fill tarts 3/4 full with filling
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 min, until tops are turning golden
