Deb’s Banana Cake

Ingredients
  • 2 Sticks Butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 ripe bananas – 2 cups mashed
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teas. bakmig soda
  • 10 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 2 teas. vanilla
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugar with vanilla
  2. Mix in eggs and then bananas
  3. Add dry ingredients
  4. Finally mix in buttermilk
  5. Bake in 2 9 inch round baking pans at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
Notes

This cake can be made with two cups (or slightly less) of splenda as well. The Bananas keep it moist.
