| Clark Family Salsa |
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 medium onion
- 4 – 6 green jalapenos
- 2 yellow jalapenos
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 small cans chili peppers
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 2 big cans diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Chop onions and scallions and jalapenos.
- Whiz jalapenos for a moment in food processor.
- Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl.
- Blend, in batches for a minute.
- Let sit overnight in refrigerator, if you can wait.
