Chocolate Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 TAB bourbon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- whole pecans for decorating
Instructions
- Beat eggs
- Mix in sugar
- then butter and corn syrup and bourbon
- Add nuts and chips
- Bake at 375 for 40 to 50 minutes or until set
- Cover edges with tin foil so they do not burn
