Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1 TAB bourbon
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • whole pecans for decorating
Instructions
  1. Beat eggs
  2. Mix in sugar
  3. then butter and corn syrup and bourbon
  4. Add nuts and chips
  5. Bake at 375 for 40 to 50 minutes or until set
  6. Cover edges with tin foil so they do not burn
