Chocolate Mocha Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar (or splenda)
- 2 teas. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1 TAB strong coffee (liquid form)
Instructions
- Creaming margarine, sugar and vanilla first.
- Add coffee
- Then mix in dry ingredients.
- Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 20 min.
- Do not Brown.
Notes
We usually double the recipe as this doesn’t make a ton of cookies.
When making with splenda I omit the walnuts and put in 3 TAB coffee.
