Chocolate Mocha Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or splenda)
  • 2 teas. vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1 TAB strong coffee (liquid form)
Instructions
  1. Creaming margarine, sugar and vanilla first.
  2. Add coffee
  3. Then mix in dry ingredients.
  4. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  5. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 20 min.
  6. Do not Brown.
Notes

We usually double the recipe as this doesn’t make a ton of cookies.
When making with splenda I omit the walnuts and put in 3 TAB coffee.
