Chocolate Cookies for Peanut Butter Chips

Ingredients
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teas vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 3/4 teas baking soda
  • 2 cups peanut butter chips (or any other type you want.)
Instructions
  1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Mix in eggs.
  3. Add dry ingredients, flour, cocoa, baking soda.
  4. Mix in chips when dry ingredients are incorporated.
  5. Spoon onto cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
  7. Cookies will seem a bit under done when they come out.
Notes

These cookies are great with any flavor of chip you like. If you have a non-peanut butter fan (such as Tom) use chocolate or white chocolate chips.
For mint chocolate chips cookies replace vanilla with 1 or 2 teas. of mint extract and use chocolate chips.
For a bit of mocha put in 1 tab of coffee instead of the vanilla and use chocolate chips.
