Chocolate Cookies for Peanut Butter Chips
Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teas vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 3/4 teas baking soda
- 2 cups peanut butter chips (or any other type you want.)
Instructions
- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
- Mix in eggs.
- Add dry ingredients, flour, cocoa, baking soda.
- Mix in chips when dry ingredients are incorporated.
- Spoon onto cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
- Cookies will seem a bit under done when they come out.
Notes
These cookies are great with any flavor of chip you like. If you have a non-peanut butter fan (such as Tom) use chocolate or white chocolate chips.
For mint chocolate chips cookies replace vanilla with 1 or 2 teas. of mint extract and use chocolate chips.
For a bit of mocha put in 1 tab of coffee instead of the vanilla and use chocolate chips.
