Chocolate Chip Merengues

Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 teas cream of tartar
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teas. almond extract
  • 1 cup mini chips
Instructions
  1. Beat egg whites until foamy and thick
  2. Gradually add sugar
  3. Beat until stiff
  4. Stir in almond extract and chips
  5. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes

These are great for passover.
