Chocolate Chip Merengues
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teas cream of tartar
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teas. almond extract
- 1 cup mini chips
Instructions
- Beat egg whites until foamy and thick
- Gradually add sugar
- Beat until stiff
- Stir in almond extract and chips
- Bake at 275 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
