| Carrot Pudding |
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 small jars strained carrot baby food
- 1 egg
- 1 teas baking soda dissolved in 1 TAB lemon juice
- 1 teas baking powder
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in order.
- Grease a ring mold or 8 x 8 sq pan.
- Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes till toothpick comes out clean.

This is another recipe Naomi used to make when we were very little girls. Nostalgia more then a desire to eat this again inspired me to include it. -SG
