| Brie or Camembert en Croute |

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 7 oz Brie or Camembert round
- 1 egg yolk with a little water
Instructions
- Cut flour into butter and cheese until it forms coarse crumbs, then form it into a ball, or (if in cuisine art) until it forms a ball itself and rides on the blade.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs, preferably overnight.
- Roll out pastry 1/8 inch thick and cut circle 7 inches in diameter (the size of your cheese.)
- Roll out another round the same thickness but bigger than the first.
- Put cheese in the middle of the bigger circle and bring dough up around the sides.
- Brush a little egg yolk around the edge and put on the top piece.
- Decorate and brush top with egg yolk.
- Refrigerate a least 1 hr.
- Bake for 20 min at 425.
- Cool for 1/2 an hour before serving.
