Aunt Judy’s Pumpkin Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups pumpkin (1 small can)
- 1/2 teas. cloves
- 1 teas. cinnamon
- 1 teas. allspice
- 1 teas. nutmeg
- 2 teas. baking soda
- 1 teas. baking powder
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2/3 cups watter
- 1 cup nuts
Instructions
- Mix oil, eggs and sugar together.
- Add pumpkin
- Then mix in dry ingredients, alternating with water
- Add nuts last
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes
- Use a greased bundt pan
