Artichoke Gratinee

Ingredients
  • 1 tall can artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts drained
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise and/or part yogurt
  • 1/2 teas fine herbs
Instructions
  1. Blend ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. Serve cold with raw vegetables and crackers or cook for 20 minutes at 350 and serve warm.
