| Artichoke Gratinee |

Ingredients
- 1 tall can artichoke hearts drained
- 1 can water chestnuts drained
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise and/or part yogurt
- 1/2 teas fine herbs
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together in a food processor.
- Serve cold with raw vegetables and crackers or cook for 20 minutes at 350 and serve warm.
