| Artichoke Dip |
Recipe Type: Appetizer
Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella
Instructions
- Pulse artichoke hearts in Cuisinart until finely chopped but not pureed.
- Combine chopped artichokes with the rest of the ingredients.
- Bake in Pyrex dish or casserole at 375 degrees until golden on top.
- Serve warm or room temperature.
Notes
You can mix this dish directly in the cooking vessel.
