Artichoke Dip
Recipe Type: Appetizer
Ingredients
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella
Instructions
  1. Pulse artichoke hearts in Cuisinart until finely chopped but not pureed.
  2. Combine chopped artichokes with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Bake in Pyrex dish or casserole at 375 degrees until golden on top.
  4. Serve warm or room temperature.
Notes

You can mix this dish directly in the cooking vessel.
