| Rice Pudding |
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup rice cooked and rinsed or 1/2 cup cooked left over rice
- 3 beaten eggs
- sugar to taste (approx. 1 cup)
- 1 teas. vanilla
- raisins (opt.)
- 2 oz. melted butter
- 2 cups milk (approx.)
- 1/2 teas. nutmeg
- 1/2 teas. lemon peel
Instructions
- combine all ingredients
- add rice
- Bake in oblong dish at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours
