| Grasshopper Pie |
Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- cinnamon
- 6 TAB melted butter
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 24 marshmallows
- 4 TAB Creme de Menthe
- 2 TAB Creme de Caco
- 1 cup whipping creme
Instructions
- Stir together ingredients for crust and press into 8-inch pie pan.
- Melt together milk and marshmallows
- then cool
- add creme and liqueurs.
- Freeze.
