| Brown Rice Stuffing for Cornish Hens |
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- herbed butter
Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to directions .
- Meanwhile saute onion, add mushrooms until tender.
- Take off heat and chop fine.
- Add to rice with several tablespoons of the herb butter.
- Makes enough to stuff 6 hens.
